Service Description

Setting an appointment in my calendar ensures I'll have time to answer your questions. This free introductory session is for new clients who need more information about coaching and consulting. No pressure to book another session. Book your session and I will call you promptly at your chosen appointment time.

Cancellation Policy

I ask you to realize that when you forget your appointment or fail to cancel with enough notice in advance, I miss out on an opportunity to fill that time slot, and my standby clients miss the chance to receive my services. In an effort to prevent late cancelation, assuming you've book more than 2 days in advance of your appointment, I will send and email or text to remind you. 1} Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a fee of 100% of the reserved service price. 2) “No show” will likewise be charged 100% of the booked service price. 3) Multiple services not canceled at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged 100% of the reserved services’ cost. 4) "Late reschedules" are late cancelations. The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable me to inform my standby clients of any availability, keep my schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of my established and future clients.
